We’re excited to announce the launch of First Five Nebraska’s new website. Featuring a fully responsive look and enhanced user experience, the new site was designed to educate and engage Nebraskans around critical early childhood news and policies in our state.

“For over a decade, First Five Nebraska has led efforts to change the public conversation around early childhood care and education,” said Jason Prokop, First Five Nebraska director. “Our redesigned site offers new resources for key stakeholders to engage and participate in statewide efforts to increase quality, access and equity in early childhood care and education for our youngest Nebraskans.”

The site highlights key areas of our work, including state, federal and local policy, research and data analysis and strategic engagement. Users can find up-to-date news, information/policy briefs, resources and research on key early childhood topics.

Special sections
Special content sections for policymakers, economic and business leaders and early childhood professionals make it easier for site visitors to find information and resources that matter most to them. The new design also makes it easier to connect with our staff members who are experts in their fields of policy, research and strategic engagement.

The site will continue to grow as new content and resources are added, including a streamlined Nebraska legislative bill tracker and interactive maps showing key statistics on Nebraska’s young children and families.

Check out the new website and stay connected by subscribing to our monthly newsletter at the top right of the home page or visiting us on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
