Adam Feser Joins Policy Staff

We’re happy to introduce our new Policy Associate, Adam Feser.

Adam most recently served as Executive Director for Advocacy Partnership for People with Special Needs, which was formed when Arc of Lincoln merged with the Autism Family Network. There Adam advocated for policies promoting the community inclusion, rights and autonomy of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has served on numerous legislative teams and committees focused on these efforts, and also has worked with state government, local foundations and private donors to create programs to fill gaps in services for this population.

Adam became interested in early childhood policy through working with youth with disabilities, researching the impact of early interventions, and raising children. “I am excited to work on evidence-based early childhood policy,” he said. “High-quality early childhood experiences help children reach their potential and strengthen our communities.”

Adam has lived in Lincoln since moving here to attend the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he earned his M.A. and B.A. in Political Science.

While at UNL, Adam met his wife, Amanda. They have two sons, Theodore, age 5, and Franklin, age 2. They are expecting their third child in April.
